ARTIFICIAL SINKING CORN

Pop-up-Sweetcorn is a buoyant rubber imitation grain of corn.

It is soft enough to be used on the hook if desired, but is best when used on a hair rig along with real grains of corn, of a corresponding colour.

MAG-ALIGNER GRUBS

Mag-Aligner rubber grubs are a hard rubber imitation maggot for use with the deadly mag-aligner rig developed by Rob Maylin, arguably the ultimate rig for specimen fish ever devised.  The mag-aligner has not only proved devastating for carp but also for tench, bream, chub and barbel.  Using a sharp pointed baiting needle, pierce the maggot 1mm from the blunt end and run the needle up through the centre and out of the same side of the maggot about 1mm from the pointed end.  Now tie on your hook and slide the maggot down the hooklink and push it over the eye of the hook and down the shank.

ARTIFICIAL HEMP

A buoyant imitation split grain of hemp that can be used directly on a hook or hair rig. contains a soft white rubber kernel that makes hooking easy and ensures the hook stays firmly in place.

Use a single grain on a small hook e.g. size 18, or multiple grains can be threaded onto a hair by passing a baiting needle through the soft kernel. The buoyancy of the grains will partly counterbalance the weight of the hook. As a guide: 10 grains will counterbalance a size 10 specimen type hook.

IMITATION DOG BISCUIT

Our imitation Dog Biscuits have been developed to overcome some of the problems associated with other similar products currently available. The inclusion of a counterweight (PAT Pending) into one side ensures that the hook always remains on top, out of view of any wary fish. It also ensures that the imitation biscuits sits low in the water, just like real biscuit that has become waterlogged.

CAMO CORN

A grain of our imitation corn tied D-rig style to a camouflaged Owner Iseama hook. Mimicking a free offering resting on weed, our camo corn has been developed to outwit the wariest of fish.

When on the bottom the size 8 hook is completely hidden by the fake silkweed.
