For UK mainland customers we aim to despatch all orders on the same day if we receive the order before 12 noon, subject to availability. Orders are sent using Uk Mail Courier service. When you place an order, we will send you an email confirmation with shipping details and any alteration in the postage if necessary.

Please ensure there is someone available to sign for delivery of your parcel or let me know of any changes in plenty of time.

Deliveries will only be made to the cardholders address.

Delivery Schedule

Subject to availability, orders for the UK are shipped same day (if received by 12 noon), or next business day (if received after 12 noon), unless specified.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. If you decide to cancel, any money taken from your card will be refunded immediately.
