Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our on-line shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy to add them to your basket. After you have finished your selection, click on “checkout” and submit the details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Payment is made through the Pay Pal system along with the usual security protection this provides.

Shipping And Handling

For UK mainland customers we aim to despatch all orders on the same day if we receive the order before 12 noon, subject to availability. Orders (depending on the value and size) are sent using a combination of various Royal Mail Services or one of our courier services. When you place an order, we will send you an email confirmation with shipping details.

Please ensure there is someone available to take delivery of your parcel or let me know of any changes in plenty of time.

Deliveries will only be made to the cardholders address.

Subject to availability, orders for the UK are shipped same day (if received by 12 noon), or next business day (if received after 12 noon), unless specified.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. If you decide to cancel, any money taken from your card will be refunded immediately.
